I get an error message when I want to sign my contract

If you get an error message when opening the signature link, this is often due to the format of the documents you uploaded while filling in the form.   

Before completing the contract again, we recommend printing ALL your documents (even if they are already in PDF format) to PDF first This will remove all - often invisible - settings that prevent sharing your PDF document.  Click HERE to find out how to print a document to PDF. 

Afterwards, please ONLY use the newly created file to upload to the form.
