When does the payment from a customer reach my bank account?
A payment through Payconiq follows the same route as a transfer. Depending on the bank to which you and your customer are connected, the payment may be immediate or not come in until the next day.
Have you opted for (bulk) payments? In that case, we collate all of the transactions for the day and you then receive a single transfer the day afterwards* from Payconiq International into your bank account.
*This amount will be transferred to your bank account. With some banks a transfer can take a little longer than others.
