Scan & Donate
Receive donations for your charity via Payconiq’s “Scan & Donate” solution. You can easily create a Payconiq QR code for your donation project and print it on the media of your choice: letters, flyers, T-shirts, posters, you name it. But that’s not all: you can also use the QR code in a digital way to collect donations via publicity banners or your website for instance. You can predefine the donation amount upfront or offer your donors the freedom to introduce the amount themselves. Your donors scan the QR code with their smartphone and confirm the payment with their PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition feature.
All necessary details to send out tax certificates when your campaign is finished will be available via the dedicated “Scan & Donate” portal.

Bulked pay-outs
Reconciliation made easy, with only 1 pay-out of all transactions done the day before. This way you only need to compare the total amount received on your bank account with the total transaction amount of the day before.
Donor information
Donors can decide whether or not they wish to receive a tax certificate for their donation by leaving their details. All details are available at the end of each month, giving you the possibility to send out the tax certificates at your own pace.
Different QR code per project
Every donation project is different, and therefore you can create a separate QR code and donations page for each of your projects, optionally with a predefined amount or message upfront. Mobile websites or campaigns where the donor is already on a mobile device (and thus not able to scan a QR code)? Just communicate the URL of the project donations page and your donors will land immediately in the right spot!
