Request a new QR code sticker
You will normally receive your welcome package with sticker via Bpost within 10 working days after you received your “welcome to Payconiq” email.
We ship this package to merchants who have requested the following services:
- QR code on sticker solution
- QR code on a cash register screen
- QR code on a receipt
Did you choose a different service? Then you will receive a welcome email, but no welcome package.
If you are waiting for your welcome package for your “QR code on sticker solution”, you can now get started with your digital QR code in your merchant portal. Print it and hang it in a visible place near the cash register so that your customers can easily scan it.
If you have not received a welcome package after 10 working days, please let us know here. An employee will contact you shortly.
