The password link for my password reset has expired. How can I get a new one?

You have received a separate email with a link that allows you to set the password. If the link is no longer valid, you can request a new link yourself:

  1. Go to portal.payconiq.com.
  2. Click on “forgot password”.
  3. Enter the email address where you received this email.
  4. Log in with your email address.

If you didn’t receive an e-mail or you cannot request a new link, contact the helpdesk via info@payconiq.be.
