You have received a separate email with a link that allows you to set the password. If the link is no longer valid, you can request a new link yourself:
- Go to portal.payconiq.com.
- Click on “forgot password”.
- Enter the email address where you received this email.
- Log in with your email address.
If you didn’t receive an e-mail or you cannot request a new link, contact the helpdesk via email@example.com.
