Be sure that you have linked your bank account to the Payconiq by Bancontact app in order to add your meal voucher card in the app.
Currently, it is possible to link a bank account to the Payconiq by Bancontact app from one of the following banks: Argenta, AXA, Banx, Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, CBC, Crelan, KBC, KBC Brussels, Hello Bank!, Fintro, vdk bank.
