How can I delete my Payconiq by Bancontact account

Open the menu in the app, tap ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Delete my account’.  

Or tap and hold down the app icon on your phone’s start screen, tap ‘Contact support’ in the pop-up frame. Select ‘Settings’ and ‘How can I request the deletion of my data?’ from the list and follow the instructions. 

If you don’t have access to your app, you can contact support. Send an email with a description of your request and your phone number to the address: support@payconiq.be.
