Can the same QR code be scanned by different payers?
Yes, a merchant's permanent QR code, displayed on or around the cash register, can be scanned by different users. These users then fill in the amount themselves in their Payconiq by Bancontact app.
Making payments between friends is different: in this case, the QR code on the recipient's device can only be scanned by one user.
