I have made an incorrect payment. What do I need to do?

If you’ve made a payment by mistake, we recommend contacting the merchant or the person you sent the payment to first.

If you don’t know this person, please send an email to support@payconiq.be with the following information: transaction details, amount, recipient’s name, and the date of the payment. You can, for example, attach a screenshot of your bank statement or transaction history. We will then check if we can assist in recovering the amount.
