I have forgotten my PIN or have entered an incorrect PIN three times. What do I need to do?

In that case, you'll need to reset the app. Go to the settings in your app and tap on 'Reset the app'. Once the app has been reset, you'll need to register again and choose a new PIN. NB: when resetting the app, all of the data saved will be deleted, including your transaction history. You will also need to register your Bancontact card(s) again.
