On the top left of the home screen, navigate to the app’s menu, scroll down, and tap on ‘Reset the app’.
You will be prompted to confirm your request on the following screen.
Note: Resetting your app will remove the app from your smartphone. Your payment methods however will remain linked to you Payconiq by Bancontact account.
Resetting your app is recommended when switching to another smartphone. As a result, you can continue to make mobile payments with your Payconiq by Bancontact, app even on your new smartphone.
