How can I change my bank account number (IBAN)?

Do you already have access to the new Merchant Portal? If so, you can change your IBAN yourself. This applies to both your invoicing IBAN and the IBAN linked to your product(s).

Changing your invoicing IBAN:
Go to merchant-portal.bancontact.net and click on “Invoicing details” in the menu. Here you can easily change your details.

Changing the payment IBAN for a product:
Go to merchant-portal.bancontact.net and click on “Shops and products” in the menu. Select the shop that the desired product is part of. You will see an overview of all products within the shop. Find the product you want to change and click on “Edit”.

Do you still have access to the old Merchant Portal?
To change your details, please fill in the request form.
