Will I receive a sticker with my Payconiq GO QR code?

If you choose Payconiq GO with a sticker, you can immediately download the QR code linked to a GO profile via go.payconiq.be or through the menu in the Payconiq GO app and print it yourself. 

Can't find your sticker in the menu of go.payconiq.be or in the Payconiq GO app? First, check if the "Use QR code on sticker" option is activated in your settings. If not, activate it first (don't forget to save the changes!). 

After that, the download button will appear in the menu. 

You will receive the sticker version of this QR code by post at the address you provided when setting up your Payconiq GO profile. 

Check if the address provided is correct and complete, and if it is an address where you can receive mail (for example, is there a mailbox available?).
