Who must/may sign my Payconiq contract?
The following persons may sign the Payconiq contract:
- Owners of the business, in the case of a sole trader
- Legal representatives or people who are authorised to represent an association, company or organisation, as stated in the articles of association or deed of incorporation.
The following persons may NOT sign the Payconiq contract:
- Unofficial authorised staff of the company, signing "on behalf of"
- Underage minors
- Chairmen or secretaries of the board of (except where these persons are authorised to do so in accordance with the articles of association)
