A UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) is a natural person who directly or indirectly controls or owns a company or organisation.
** ID Card – UBO
Must be provided for each person holding more than 25% of the shares or voting rights. If no individual holds more than 25%, the ID cards of the CEO and CFO of the company must be provided.
*** Shareholding structure - UBO
This is the ownership structure of the company, tracing up to the UBOs. For example: if client (A) is owned by another company (B), we must also identify the UBOs of company B. .
**** Declaration - Informal association
The Declaration of Informal Association is already integrated into the registration process. You therefore do not need to provide any additional documents, unless some information is incomplete. To verify the link between the responsible persons and the association’s bank account, we ask you to make a symbolic transfer of €0.01 from this account. All the details about this step can be found in the registration form.
