How do I activate my Merchant Portal?
Click on the link "Set your password” in the "Welcome to Payconiq" e-mail you received in your mailbox. This e-mail was sent to the e-mailaddress you encoded on your Payconiq contract.
No welcome mail received? Or the link in your e-mail is not working? Contact our helpdesk to request a new one.
The password should be minimum 10 characters containing minimum 1 capital, 1 number and 1 special character (+,?/*-)
In case you have more than 1 shop or if you are using multiple Payconiq solutions in your shop(s), you can choose which one you want to see first upon login into the Merchant Portal. In case you only have one shop, tis step will be skipped.
Take your Payconiq QR code and make a first test-payment. You will see the transaction appearing immediately in the ‘Today's Transactions’ list.

Show your customers they can pay with Payconiq by placing the QR code sticker and/or promotional material (which you can download here!) clearly and visible on your counter.
View the list of successful Payconiq transactions you received today in your shop.
You can use the dropdown-menu on top of the page to change the view in case you have multiple shops or using multiple Payconiq products.
See all transactions you have received in you shop(s) since you started accepting Payconiq. Identical to the 'Todays transactions'-page, you can change the view on top of the page. More details on the transaction become visible by clicking the small arrow at the right.
Use the download-button on top to retrieve a list of transactions for (one of) your shop(s) in .csv or PDF-format. Transactions can be filtered on date & time via the export-screen or on shop via the dropdown-menu on top.
An overview of the total received amount today, this week, this month or this year at a glance.
Change the default language of your merchant portal or sounds playing when receiving a new transaction.
