Do you already have a Payconiq merchant account but haven't received your Payconiq GO activation details yet? You can request them here.
You do not have a Payconiq merchant account yet?
Once activated, the Payconiq account holder receives a Payconiq GO activation confirmation, which includes a Product Profile ID and API key. You will need those to set up a Payconiq GO user.
- Click on the link in the Payconiq GO confirmation email.
- Enter the Product Profile ID and API key to set up your Payconiq GO user.
- Choose a Payconiq GO username and an email address for this user.
- The Payconiq GO user immediately receives an email to set a password.
Was the Payconiq GO user already set up? If so, they can log into Payconiq GO.
In the Payconiq GO app for merchants, a user can view and export a transaction overview. This can be automated through the Payconiq GO menu.
If you are a Payconiq account administrator, you can log in to the merchant portal to download a statement of transactions for all Payconiq GO users in Excel or PDF format. The login credentials for the merchant portal are different from those of your GO environment.
