As you know, the Payconiq payment platform is evolving into a Bancontact and Wero payment platform. Once your current solution is adapted to the new system, you will receive an email from us. From that moment on, you will no longer have access to the current Merchant Portal, but you will be able to use the new portal.
Current Merchant Portal
Have you not yet received a confirmation email that your payment system has been adapted? Then you can continue to use the current Merchant Portal for the time being.
New Merchant Portal
Have you received a confirmation email that your payment system has been updated? If so, you now have access to the new Merchant Portal.
Please note: the “old” Merchant Portal is no longer available to you.
