When I try to export my transaction history from the new Merchant Portal, I get an error message.

We are aware of the situation and apologise for the inconvenience. Our team is working hard to restore the transaction history export function as soon as possible. We expect the issue to be resolved shortly.

Do you need an overview of your previous transactions? You can view your transaction history in the “Transaction list” in the Merchant Portal.

Would you still like to export your transaction history? Please contact our Support team at info@payconiq.be. Please include your Merchant ID or CBE number and clearly indicate the period for which you would like to receive the transaction history (e.g. from 1/09/2025 to today).
