How can I add and delete cards?

You can manage your cards in the Payconiq by Bancontact app under the 'Payment Methods' option in the main menu. Here, you will find an overview of all the Bancontact cards that are linked to the app, as well as your linked bank account (if you have also linked a bank account).

If you want to delete a card, select the card in question and in the next screen tap on 'Delete this card'. Then confirm by entering your PIN code.

If you would like to add a card, have your card reader or digipass to hand. Tap on the 'Add new card' button and then follow the same procedure as when you added your first card.

Select your bank, enter the card number and expiry date and choose an alias for the card. (If you wish to add a card that is already saved in the app, a warning message will appear). You will then be taken to your bank's secure authentication environment where you can link your new card to the app. Do not forget that you will need to make a one-off use of your card reader or digipass for this. Once the linking process is complete, the card will be added to the app and you can use it immediately.
