When you wish to change your CBE-number and transfer your Payconiq connection to a new company, you must sign a completely new contract. Your current connection will be terminated, and you will receive a new QR code and/or API key linked to your new business and new merchant portal access. Click HERE to fill out a new contract, and be sure to provide your old VAT number.

To change your bank account number, please fill out the IBAN change form.

To update your address, please log in to the Merchant Portal. In the menu, go to “Merchant Account” to make the change yourself quickly and easily.

Structured messages can be used to automatically process the payment of an invoice (for example via a CODA file). This way your computer system knows immediately which invoice has been paid. By selecting this option, it is not possible to have your Payconiq payments paid out in bulk.
