You paid too much with Payconiq? No problem, this is the way to solve it

Did you enter a wrong amount during your payment with Payconiq? Or did you, as a merchant, receive a wrong amount from your customer? Such things happen, but do not worry. Fortunately, this can be solved quickly.

Did you enter a wrong amount during your payment with Payconiq? Or did you, as a merchant,  receive a wrong amount from your customer? Such things happen, but do not worry. Fortunately, this can be solved quickly. 

Please follow the following steps to correct the wrong payment: 

Are you a Payconiq merchant

  1. Go to your Payconiq merchant portal to find the customer's transaction. 
  2. Contact the support service via info@payconiq.be with information about the payment: amount to be refunded and identification number (Transaction ID) of the payment. This can be found under the 'All Transactions' tab.  
  3. We will process the refund as soon as possible! 

Are you a user of the Payconiq by Bancontact app? Go to the merchant to whom you paid too much, with your proof of purchase and payment. Ask him to refund the amount due or to contact the Payconiq support service to arrange the refund.
