Where can I find my MerchantID?
You can find your customer number or Merchant ID on your invoice or in the Merchant Portal.
Do you already have access to the new Merchant Portal?
Go to merchant-portal.bancontact.net and click on "Merchant account" in the menu. You will immediately see your Merchant ID here.
Do you still have access to the old Merchant Portal?
Go to portal.payconiq.com and click on "Customer Service" in the menu. Your Merchant ID is at the top of the page.
