Why are there no names in my contact list in the app, only numbers?

Does your list only show phone numbers? In that case, check whether the contact list in your phone is complete. The Payconiq by Bancontact app displays your contacts exactly as they are saved in your phone book, internal memory and/or on your SIM card. If your contact is saved twice, particularly on both your internal memory and your SIM card, it will appear twice on the list.
