Sometimes I am unable to select a card when carrying out a transaction. Why is that?

With each transaction, the app will automatically check to see if you have reached the daily maximum amount for your favourite card. If this is the case, a message will be displayed beneath the masked card number and you will be unable to carry out a transaction with this card. You can then choose another card or cancel the transaction.

If the daily maximum amount for all the cards has been reached, or if the daily maximum limit has been reached within the app, you will no longer be able to choose a card. The transaction will immediately be declined and an error message will appear.
