Go to the Merchant Portal homepage and click on ‘Forgotten your password?’. Enter your e-mail address on the following page and click on ‘Send me a password’. You will then receive an e-mail with a link enabling you to set a new password. This e-mail may sometimes arrive in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well.
Your new password must meet the following conditions:
- It must be between 10 and 20 signs long
- Contain at least 1 capital (upper case) letter
- At least 1 small (lower case) letter
- And at least 1 other symbol, such as ,.?>/@
