I have signed a contract for Payconiq. How long does it take before I can receive Payconiq payments?
After you sign, there are still a number of additional steps your contract has to go through before you can conduct your first Payconiq transaction. One of these steps is a customer investigation or Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process.
In particular, as a provider of payment solutions and in the context of the rules and legislation that apply to the financial sector, such as the legislation on money laundering, Payconiq International S.A. is obliged to identify and verify the identity of all business people who use the Payconiq payment service.
With each new contract signed with a new legal entity, we have to check this data once again. This may take a little time, but our staff always do their very best to confirm your connection as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
