I have forgotten my PIN code or entered the wrong PIN code three times. What should I do?

In this case, you will need to reset your app. Go to the settings in your app and click on 'Reset the app'. After the app has been reset, you will need to register yourself again and choose a new PIN code. NB: all stored data, including the transaction history, will be erased by resetting the app. You will also need to register your card(s) again.
