On May 13, 14 and 15, some merchants and consumers have experienced problems with Payconiq payments due to a technical perturbation on the Payconiq platform. This outage has been resolved and since May 16 all payments are now being processed successfully again.
Transactions that have not been credited to our merchants, have been paid out.
For consumers, all wrongly debited transactions were refunded.
